30-DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
- Unused items in original condition and packaging.
- Gloves can only be returned unworn, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email bireysel110@gmail.com with your order number and the item. Many of our products ship directly from the brands that make them, so the return address can differ by item. We'll send you the right instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

RETURN SHIPPING
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover it.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
Let us know as soon as possible after delivery, with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we refund your original payment method.
